WARRANTY
Caribou Ventures, LLC. (“Caribou Ventures”), 2451 Mallard Circle, Longmont, Colorado 80504 warrants the products sold or furnished by it and its subsidiaries to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty periods specified below. This warranty applies only to products delivered for use within the United States.
Caribou Commercial Office Furniture Products: 10 years for all products sold under designated Caribou brand names, except as limited or described below;
Other Manufacturers’ Products: Caribou Ventures will pass through to the original purchaser any warranty supplied by other manufacturers to the extent possible.
At time of publishing and subject to change without notice these include:
Table Bases, Tops and Monitor Stands
1. Limited Two (2) Years: Electronic components such as control boxes, hand switches and motors
2. Limited Five (5) Years: Mechanical and monitor components such as crank drives.
3. Limited ten (10) Years: Structural components such as Laminate tops, J-channels, feet and top supports.
PowerCube and Other Electronic Components
Limited Two (2) Years: Electronic components such as surge protectors, electrical boxes, usb connections
Lorell© Branded Products Warranty Information
Products distributed under the Lorell® brand name depend the product purchased.
1. General: Limited (five) 5 Years: products it distributes under the Lorell® brand name to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase unless a shorter or longer warranty period is provided below.
2. Fabric Components: Limited (two) 2 Years
3. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Applicable to Chairmats, Fortress Steel Products, Metal Mobile Pedestals, Specified Seating, and Prominence 2.0 Casegoods.
Metal filing, Pedestals, Bookcases are supported by their manufacturer under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns and possesses the Products. Subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, the manufacturer at its option, repair or replace any metal filing, pedestals and bookcase products that is shown, in normal use, to be defective in material or workmanship. Exceptions to this lifetime warranty are seating textiles (5) years, laminated surfaces and casters (12 years).

All Other Products and Services: 6 months. All other products and any services not listed above sold or furnished by Caribou Ventures or its subsidiaries, except for consumable products such as light bulbs, ballasts, fans, keyless locks, and other electronic products for which no warranty is given
Provisions that apply to all products and services: Caribou Ventures will repair or replace (at its option) any product, part, or component covered by this warranty and manufactured or sold after September 25, 2018, which fails under normal use as a result of defect in material or workmanship. Caribou Ventures will re-perform at no cost any covered service provided by it that proves to be defective. This warranty extends only to the original purchasers who acquire new product from Caribou Ventures, its subsidiaries, or other authorized resellers. Any product, part, or component must have been installed and maintained according to published instructions in order to be eligible for coverage under this warranty and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse. The terms of this warranty set forth all of the warranties given and remedies available with respect to the products and services. Caribou Ventures and its subsidiaries disclaim any other warranty.
Normal wear and tear, natural variations occurring in wood, marble, and leather are not considered defects; Caribou Ventures does not warrant the colorfastness or matching of the colors, grains, or textures of these natural materials or textiles. Caribou Ventures does not give any warranty with respect to customer supplied items.
After 1 year from the purchase date, the shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the customer.
